Privacy policy

Carlmont Space collects only what it needs to sign you in and run the club's member list: your name, your email address and your Google account ID. If you use the join form, we also keep the short note you write. We record when you sign in, keep that record for 12 months, and don't store IP addresses or device details.

We don't advertise, and we never sell or rent your data. We don't use analytics or tracking, and we never see your Google password.

Only club administrators can see member information. It is stored on our own server and in encrypted backups, which are kept for 30 days.

You can ask a club administrator to show, correct or delete your information at any time. If this policy changes, we will update this page.
